Last call is at 1:30 AM, and all events must conclude by 2:00 AM. Chairs and tables are provided for up to 400 guests, with additional seating available upon request for an extra rental fee. Linens and napkins are available in black or ivory. Glassware, flatware, and china are included for 400 guests, with additional items available upon request for an additional rental fee. The venue is fully ADA compliant.
Your event manager will be your primary point of contact from the moment you inquire until the day of your event. They’re fully immersed in the details (the event’s, of course) and are dedicated to ensuring that every request is handled with precision and care. From finalizing floor plans to troubleshooting any last minute changes, your event manager will be there every step of the way.
For the safety and security of all guests, we require one security guard for every 75 attendees, with a minimum of three guards present throughout the event. In addition, security coverage is mandatory during both load-in and load-out. The final number of security personnel may be adjusted based on the event size, layout, and specific requirements. All security must be arranged through our approved vendor to maintain consistency and compliance with venue policies.
